Wymagania

3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering or related field
Proficiency in Python and the modern AI engineering stack
Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI SDK
Familiarity with Hugging Face transformers and multi-agent workflow optimization
Skills in asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
Experience designing and integrating with complex REST and GraphQL endpoints
Competency in handling structured data formats (JSON, XML) for tool calling
Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying production-grade AI applications
Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies for semantic search and RAG implementation
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Architect, build, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to handle sophisticated queries
Develop and maintain reliable tool definitions for interacting with complex internal APIs
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems grounded in proprietary data
Ensure AI responses are structured for rich UI rendering, enabling generation of dynamic graphs, charts, and interactive elements
Create rigorous testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and metrics to assess agent performance, reliability, and accuracy in production
Take validated prototypes to production readiness, addressing security, cost, and scale
Debug and optimize multi-agent workflows with focus on asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a strong DevOps mindset
