Senior SAP Consultant (Authorizations, with German)

The role is within the GDC (Global Delivery Center), PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists, serving Fortune 500 and global enterprises across diverse industries.

• Proven experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant in complex SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security and Authorization concepts, role design, and user administration
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and authorization management across multiple SAP modules
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, audit, and governance requirements
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication skills in English and German with ability to collaborate with international stakeholders

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts across SAP systems and modules
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure role and authorization designs
• Manage user roles, profiles, and access governance in line with security policies and compliance standards
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects from a security perspective
• Conduct authorization troubleshooting, risk analysis, and root cause investigations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, and project teams to ensure compliance and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP security processes, standards, and best practices
