Koordynator/ka Zespołu Infrastruktury IT

• Minimum 5 years experience as infrastructure, network administrator, or related role
• Experience coordinating team work including planning, prioritizing, delegating, task execution, supporting employee development, and managing team workload
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems
• Proficient in VMware including creating, managing, and optimizing virtual machines
• Strong knowledge of enterprise-class network solutions, especially Palo Alto, Aruba, and Extreme Networks
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services
• Practical knowledge of backup and recovery systems such as veeam and commvault
• Understanding of business continuity, high availability, and Disaster Recovery
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring systems like nagios, zabbix, and grafana
• Very good knowledge of network technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLAN, VPN
• Driving license category B

• Coordinate team work including planning, priority setting, and monitoring task deadlines and quality
• Coordinate and execute IT infrastructure projects including modernization and new system implementations
• Ensure security, high availability, and continuity of infrastructure and IT systems
• Manage IT infrastructure including physical, virtual environments, and cloud services
• Respond to incidents and failures, coordinate root cause analysis and follow-up actions
• Oversee network infrastructure LAN/WAN/WLAN
• Supervise backup systems
• Maintain technical, operational, and project documentation
