Wymagania
- MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of product development with understanding of Lean and Agile methods.
- Software development skills in Java, C, and C++.
- Familiarity with simulation environments and tools like MATLAB is an asset.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level).
Obowiązki
- Perform systems studies primarily in Radio Resource Management, including Scheduling, Link Adaptation, and control channel resource management.
- Specify system features, functions, test cases, algorithms, use cases, parameter settings, and address interactions with legacy features.
- Develop network-level software simulations for 5G performance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements of products, simulation tools, and processes.
- Lead solution package (SP) studies and participate in system trouble report teams.
- Contribute to 5G standards development and 6G readiness.
- File invention disclosures and patents to support Ericsson IPR.
- Support 5G system verification and analyze test results.
- Support deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks and engage in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development and customer engagement teams worldwide.
