Product Management Director

TechTree is scaling rapidly as a platform company in the real estate industry, focusing on managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios primarily across Europe. They support over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, managing 100,000+ buildings in 35+ countries, including recent expansions in the UK and Germany. The company emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and client focus while partnering with global leaders in logistics, retail, and commercial real estate.

• 5+ years in product management, with ideally 3+ years in B2B SaaS and experience in FM, healthcare, or related domains.
• At least 2 years of people management experience, preferably managing Product Managers.
• Experience leading teams or product areas through change such as new ways of working, restructures, or post-acquisition integration.
• Proven application of AI in product development to accelerate discovery and delivery.
• Track record of leading product discovery using multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps.
• Strong commercial awareness paired with ability to align product decisions with revenue and retention goals.
• Data fluency for defining metrics, querying product analytics, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills to frame trade-offs and build alignment with technical and non-technical audiences.
• English proficiency at C1 or above, both written and spoken.

People leadership & team development:

• Manage and develop Product Managers including hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, promotions, and exits.
• Foster a high-performing product culture based on customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and outcome orientation.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation to balance discovery workload and strategic priorities.
• Lead the team through change including new ways of working, shifting portfolio, and product consolidation.

Product discovery & strategy:

• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Decide investment priorities and communicate clearly across the business.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure discovery and roadmap priorities support revenue growth.
• Identify and resolve ambiguities, dependencies, and competing priorities affecting discovery quality and speed.

Product management best practices:

• Promote continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Ensure consistent validation of assumptions through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Improve requirements quality, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and release planning.
• Collaborate with Chief Architect and Engineering Managers for technical feasibility and platform constraints.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and analytics to enhance product insights and decision-making.

Collaboration & cross-company coordination:

• Align product strategy with go-to-market plans and revenue goals.
• Represent the company at external events and industry forums.
• Maintain alignment, knowledge sharing, and cohesion with colleagues across the group.
