Wymagania

Experience as SAP FI Consultant on implementation and support projects
Fluent English (B2 level)
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Experience with Financial Accounting processes design
Ability to elicit, analyze, and validate business needs through workshops
Ability to communicate clearly to varied audiences including internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience with related customizing settings
Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules
Ability to identify and analyze risks alongside project managers

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Previous experience as Accountant General
Experience with SAP Cloud
ABAP debugging experience

Work on SAP FI implementation and support projects
Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs through planning, facilitating, and documenting requirements gathering workshops
Provide expert product demonstrations and position the value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
Advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, and Configuration
Align stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements for the project team
Perform related customizing settings hands-on
Understand integration points with other SAP modules
Identify and analyze risks and issues in conjunction with project managers
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels in various formats
