Senior AI Engineer (Data)

Competence demands:

• Experience developing AI solutions, including Agentic AI, LLM applications, Prompt and Context Engineering, and RAG.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI platforms.
• Experience developing Python solutions integrating AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure.
• Skills in designing, building, and refining AI agents with prompt engineering.
• Experience designing solution architectures to support use case planning and implementation.
• Very good English skills.

Project scope:

• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows for business use cases.
• Build AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
• Design RAG-based and AI-driven architectures leveraging enterprise data.
• Implement and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.
• Optimize AI agent performance, evaluation metrics, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

• Candidates must be citizens of the European Union and reside in Poland.
