Podsumowanie oferty

Build Aura’s AI Intelligence Platform, which unifies Aura’s data and connects AI agents with that data. Own platform systems end to end, working primarily with Python, TypeScript, and AWS to enable personalized insights while protecting sensitive information.

Wymagania

5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including designing and shipping complex, large-scale distributed systems.
Deep experience owning complex systems end to end, from architecture through production operation.
Strong knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, algorithms, and distributed-systems fundamentals.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technology and the judgment to choose appropriate tools, including serverless functions or containerized services, relational or NoSQL databases, caches, queues, and data-processing pipelines.
Demonstrated experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with security and privacy treated as first-class design constraints.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and building alignment across teams.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and move quickly in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have:

Experience building AI/LLM-powered systems in production, such as agents, retrieval pipelines, evaluation, or LLM observability.
Background in security, privacy engineering, or trust and safety.
Experience with large-scale data platforms and data-intensive systems.
Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code.

Obowiązki

Design, document, and drive architecture for key platform components, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business goals.
Own initiatives from design and architecture through development, deployment, and iteration; translate ambiguous product goals into clear, scalable technical requirements.
Build the foundation that unifies Aura’s data into a trusted, high-quality source for generating intelligence.
Architect how AI agents access and reason over sensitive data, designing for least-privilege access, strong isolation, and enforceable privacy guarantees.
Build systems that turn intelligence into personalized insights and actions to keep customers and their families safe.
Make and defend technology choices across the stack, balancing scalability, cost, and operational simplicity.
Champion engineering best practices for security, privacy, observability, testing, and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers on design challenges, performance tuning, and system reliability.
