Project Manager / Scrum Master

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
• Experience delivering projects in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and agile ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, international teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Technical background, particularly in data, such as data platforms, data engineering, or analytics.
• Scrum Master certification, such as PSM or CSM.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects for the Israel market, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
• Act as Scrum Master for delivery teams and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage and maintain project workflows, boards, and reporting in JIRA.
• Build and maintain relationships with business, technology, and senior management stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across distributed teams in different locations and time zones.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive their resolution.
• Prepare project status updates and progress reports for stakeholders, promote agile best practices, and support continuous improvement within the team.
