As a 2nd Line Support Specialist, you will help maintain core banking applications and ensure reliable services for Nordea customers and users. You will analyze and resolve incidents, improve monitoring and tooling, and identify automation opportunities in the Deposits Application Maintenance team, working with technologies including SQL, Grafana, Splunk, and AppDynamics.

Wymagania

Have at least 2 years of commercial experience in the IT industry in maintenance or development.
Have a good command of SQL.
Have programming skills in Python and/or Java.
Have knowledge of ITIL and CI/CD.
Have experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Have strong communication skills, be solution-oriented, and have a can-do approach when dealing with challenges.
Have excellent troubleshooting skills.
Be able to work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Temenos Transact (T24) system, including the AA module and DES.

Analyze, reproduce, and solve incidents.
Work with problem tickets.
Develop and improve monitoring and tooling.
Identify opportunities for automation and develop new solutions, including AI agents.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions.
Contribute to the knowledge database.

Inne informacje

The recruitment process will have up to 3 stages, including a technical discussion with team members and an interview with the team leader.
In-person meetings at the offices are preferred; online sessions are also possible.
