Embedded Software Developer (Regular / Senior)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in embedded software development.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Practical knowledge of RTOS, including real-time system concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience with the Twister testing framework.
• Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M and/or RISC-V architectures.
• Good understanding of hardware/software interactions and embedded system limitations.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing embedded applications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Very good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience with firmware architecture and modular software design.
• Background in consumer electronics or connected devices.
• Experience mentoring developers or providing technical guidance.

• Support planning and tracking engineering activities and maintain project plans.
• Develop and maintain embedded software using C and C++.
• Design and implement firmware components for new-generation devices.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions.
• Work with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller-based platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex firmware issues and optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and stability.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and support less experienced engineers.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and existing solutions.

• Must work from the Kraków office at least 3 days per week.
