Wymagania

Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in development work, such as coding assistants, asset generation or automated testing.
Experience in production, project management or product ownership, ideally in mobile games.
Working knowledge of mobile KPIs: CPI, retention, playtime and monetisation.
Strong planning, prioritisation and estimation skills.
Clear communication and judgement to balance speed, quality and scope.

Nice to have:

Experience launching and iterating on mobile games.
Experience with lean or MVP development.
Familiarity with Jira, Linear or similar tools.

Obowiązki

Build AI into planning, coding, art and asset creation, and testing; measure the time saved.
Own games from concept to release and post-launch iteration.
Run rapid prototyping and decide which concepts to stop or continue based on market tests and early KPIs.
Break concepts into tasks, estimate with AI-assisted development in mind, and manage milestones and priorities.
Coordinate developers, artists, designers and QA, and remove bottlenecks early.
