Delivery Consultant - AI/ML, ML Engineer

• 2+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions, including for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• 4+ years of experience in technical architecture, design, deployment, and operations for AI platforms, standards, protocols, and devices.
• 4+ years of experience in predictive modelling and analysis, and predictive software development.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience in ML-related languages such as Python, TypeScript, and/or R.
• Experience using machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Apache MxNet, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain, Strands, and MCP.
• English language proficiency is required.

Nice to have:

• An MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field.
• A strong data science background and software engineering experience, including software or script development with Python, R, TypeScript, React, C/C++, or similar.
• Experience with AWS platforms and services.
• An AWS Associate, Specialty, or Professional certification.
• Experience with Agile execution.
• A track record of presenting at public events such as technology conferences or hackathons, blogging, writing technical articles, or contributing to open-source projects.

• Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
• Gather requirements with customer stakeholders and propose model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Advise customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
• Gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS.
• Lead implementation, ensure adherence to best practices, optimize performance, and manage project risks.
