Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer – CI/CD and Linux Automation

• Professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems administration, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant work.
• Expertise in designing and improving CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting in Bash or Python.
• Linux administration skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
• An analytical approach to incident diagnosis and communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with change, incident, or problem management processes.
• Knowledge of security best practices related to automation and platform operations.
• Basic understanding of system design principles, including resilience and capacity planning.
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure automation or Windows administration.
• Fluent English.
• Good command of Polish.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or comparable platforms for safe, repeatable software and configuration releases.
• Automate configuration and operational workflows with Ansible and scripting in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems, including services, storage, networking, and system logs.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and telemetry dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
• Investigate service and platform issues through logs, metrics, and traces; communicate findings and contribute to remediation.
• Identify operational risks and reduce manual effort through automation, standardized procedures, and reusable tools.
• Support incident response, contribute to post-incident reviews, and maintain operational documentation.
• Advocate for security-conscious operational practices, including vulnerability remediation and safe change management.
