The Application Evolution Services team monitors and improves client applications. As an SAP FI Specialist, you will resolve technical issues and provide second- and third-line support for SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA systems.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Written and spoken German.
- Experience implementing business processes using SAP standard software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer-specific enhancements.
- Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI.
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work, for example for task automation, information analysis, and content creation.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Analyse and resolve technical issues in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on SAP FI modules and client solutions.
- Provide second- and third-line support and resolve tickets.
- Analyse problems to identify root causes and configure SAP systems.
- Collaborate with first-level support and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues.
- Address client support topics.
- Monitor and report ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive improvement.
- Lead and execute minor projects and system changes for client needs.
- Document issues, solutions, and project changes.
