Wymagania

Technical IT background, through professional experience or education.
Experience in a similar position, such as IT Monitoring, Infrastructure Specialist or Service Desk.
Knowledge of and professional experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools; certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of and professional experience in IT areas such as TCP/IP networking, server OS management (Windows and Linux), and application maintenance or support.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and understanding of the importance and impact of performed tasks.
Dedicated, creative and persistent approach to supporting and improving the IT environment.
Teamwork and communication/information-sharing skills.
Proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for IT and willingness to learn.

Obowiązki

Monitor IT infrastructure, systems and business applications using monitoring tools.
Perform initial troubleshooting and administration on Windows Server, Unix, VMware and mainframe platforms.
Support Change Requests, major IT infrastructure incidents and ITIL processes, including Incident and Problem processes.
Cooperate with Incident Managers and L2 infrastructure support on complex issues.
Act as a point of contact for colleagues and other teams in Nordea Global IT.
Respond to discovered issues in accordance with standards and procedures.
Evaluate and review technical documentation and procedures.
Assist with the development and integration of IT monitoring solutions.
Assist in infrastructural projects as a Control Center representative.
