Wymagania

5+ years of experience in game art, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
A portfolio demonstrating expert-level skill in creating high-quality hard-surface and organic props, with examples in different styles.
Expert knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, as well as ZBrush and the Substance suite (Painter/Designer).
Deep understanding of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) or proprietary AAA engines.
Mastery of PBR workflows, UV optimization, baking, and LOD management.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to articulate artistic feedback clearly.
Ability to switch between different art styles and technical constraints without losing quality.

Obowiązki

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists; provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure assets meet artistic and technical requirements and maintain a high quality standard.
Develop and optimize modeling and texturing workflows, including PBR workflows.
Distribute tasks within the team and ensure deadlines are met across active projects.
Work with Art Directors, Technical Artists, and Project Managers to identify risks and resolve production bottlenecks.
Create and maintain technical briefs, style guides, and best-practice documentation for the props department.
