Wymagania

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong experience designing and building Data Warehouses.
Solid knowledge of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience integrating and migrating data from different sources.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Experience with project ownership or project management.
High level of independence and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery.
Experience working with Google Sheets or Google Workspace data sources.
Experience with BI tools, internal tools, or low-code platforms.
Experience working closely with Finance or Operations teams.

Obowiązki

Analyze the current data setup, processes, and existing Google Spreadsheet-based backend.
Design and build a stable and scalable Data Warehouse solution.
Migrate and consolidate data from multiple existing sources.
Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and maintainability.
Set up a user-friendly frontend/interface for Finance and Operations teams.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Take ownership of the project from initial analysis through implementation and handover.
Manage priorities, dependencies, and timelines independently.
Document the implemented architecture and processes.
