Podsumowanie oferty

Own end-to-end Salesforce delivery, from business discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and deployment. Build and improve solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, with AI tools supporting the delivery workflow.

Wymagania

At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with the confidence to own delivery independently.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, permissions and sharing, declarative automation, and platform limits.
Strong practical skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and unit testing; familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Consulting skills: uncover business problems, clarify incomplete requirements, present options, and translate technical decisions into business impact.
Hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and other AI tools, including providing context, breaking problems into steps, iterating, and critically evaluating output.
Sound judgement about AI limitations, including incorrect or invented outputs, insecure code, and data confidentiality; know what must be checked manually and what must not be shared with an AI service.
Fluent written and spoken English, strong problem-solving skills, and clear ownership of outcomes.

Own delivery from business discovery and technical investigation through implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.

Build and improve solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, declarative configuration, and Salesforce APIs.
Use AI tools throughout delivery to accelerate analysis, solution design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Review and verify AI-generated outputs against the actual environment, business requirements, Salesforce platform limits, security requirements, and test results.
Troubleshoot business-process and technical issues, improve existing implementations, and maintain clear documentation and automated tests.
Manage priorities, communicate progress and risks, and involve the right stakeholders when a decision needs wider alignment.
