Podsumowanie oferty

Lead Data Enablement, guiding analytics engineers and web analytics specialists. Own the semantic layer and turn raw product and event data into curated, documented datasets using SQL-based models, ready for business and AI use.

Wymagania

5+ years in analytics, data, or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or others technically.
Expert SQL and Python; set query and performance standards, rewrite expensive queries, explain trade-offs, handle incremental loads, deduplication, and slowly changing dimensions, and own production Python components used by other teams.
Design warehouse and mart models, including a semantic layer, and choose a methodology such as star schema or Data Vault to fit the queries they serve.
Optimize and troubleshoot pipelines on a cloud stack such as AWS (Athena, Redshift, Glue) and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Set branching and code review standards; require schema and data tests and CI before release; lead risky changes with rollout and rollback plans.
Design data validation, address root causes, set documentation standards, and investigate unfamiliar sources before trusting them.
Design solution options for complex problems, divide cross-team work into pieces with a clear definition of done, build dashboards around the decisions they support, and partner with business leaders.
Redesign team workflows around AI tools and evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy, and bias.
Own complex team-level projects, make high-impact decisions, coach people, set scope expectations, and turn change into actionable team steps.
Clarify complex ideas, build consensus across teams and time zones, and communicate in fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Web analytics and tracking experience with GTM and GA4.
B2B SaaS or document-workflow / e-signature background.

Raise data curation and automate routine work: Shift the team from ad hoc requests to reusable, tested, documented datasets that people and the AI data assistant can query; automate tracking checks and data-quality monitoring.
Set standards and partner across the data organization: Establish modeling conventions, version control, testing and release practices, and code review; work with Data Business Partners, Data Science / ML, and Data Platform on scope and ownership. Stay close to the code on critical builds.
