Wymagania

6 to 8 years of experience in License Management, Software Asset Management or related IT governance roles.
Proven track record establishing or maturing SAM capabilities within complex, global organisations.
Strong understanding of software licensing models, vendor terms and compliance requirements.
Experience managing relationships with major software vendors and supporting commercial discussions.
Proficiency with License Management tools such as ServiceNow SAM Pro or equivalent platforms.
Ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal and Sourcing functions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from strategy through to execution.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Obowiązki

Establish the global License Management strategy, including governance frameworks, policies and controls.
Oversee the software asset lifecycle, including entitlements, usage tracking, demand planning and renewals.
Maintain compliance and audit readiness through reconciliations, position statements and risk remediation.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal and Vendor Management on renewals, commercial negotiations and licensing interpretation.
Administer and enhance License Management tooling, such as ServiceNow SAM Pro or similar platforms.
Develop reporting capabilities and process automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate license management practices into broader IT operations.
Identify and deliver software optimisation opportunities that reduce cost and improve utilisation.
