Install and maintain sensor-based sorting equipment for TOMRA Recycling, supporting the separation of materials such as plastics, wood, glass and metals. The role combines on-site commissioning and fault resolution with customer training and remote technical support between visits.

Wymagania

Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
Good IT skills, including a basic understanding of computer networks and PC configuration.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
A Category B driving licence.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery, particularly in a customer-site environment.
SEP E and D electrical qualifications.

Obowiązki

Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance, and diagnose and resolve technical faults.
Train operators and maintenance teams.
Provide customers with technical support and help resolve technical issues.
Build customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted technical partner.
Between service visits, work from home to complete service reports, plan upcoming visits and provide customers with remote technical support.
