Wymagania

10+ years of experience in modern, product-oriented software engineering.
Experience with complex, distributed systems; e-commerce or comparable domains are ideal.
Develop with AI while maintaining quality and control; the offer states that 90%+ of code is created with AI.
Be familiar with systems and practices for AI-supported development, including in-code ADRs, agent files, MCP integrations, multi-agent setups, or autonomous loops.
Use spec-driven refinements, automated pull requests, and AI-supported reviews.
Use tests, linting, and static code analysis as quality gates.
Apply DDD, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, decoupling, and SOLID principles pragmatically.
Build and operate infrastructure and CI/CD.
Persist through complex problems and see topics through to success.
Communicate warmly and value an open learning culture.

Nice to have:

Strong Java backend skills and enough React frontend experience to own a feature end to end, with a good eye for UX. The offer notes that Java and React are not strict requirements.
Experience processing large amounts of data.

Obowiązki

Refine requirements directly with the business.
Contribute to architecture, product, and UX questions.
Work end to end, from backend architecture to the interface users interact with.
