Podsumowanie oferty

Join the Platform Team to evolve, scale, and maintain multi-cluster cloud infrastructure. You will work primarily with Kubernetes on EKS, Terraform, Terragrunt, and AWS, while influencing platform engineering practices across the organization.

Wymagania

General expectations:

3+ years of commercial experience administering Kubernetes clusters at scale; EKS and multi-cluster setups are required.
3+ years of commercial experience managing AWS cloud environments, including ALB, VPC and networking, EFS, EBS, EC2, S3, IAM, and the EKS control plane.
Experience designing and operating multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures, including cluster federation, cross-cluster networking, and workload distribution.
Strong expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management at scale.
Experience developing, automating, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD workflows and GitOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes networking, including CNI plugins and Envoy or ingress controllers.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes security, including RBAC, network policies, secrets management (Vault or AWS Secrets Manager), and pod security standards.
Experience ensuring security, scalability, and high availability across production-grade infrastructure.
Experience with cluster lifecycle management, including upgrades, node group management, capacity planning, and autoscaling with Cluster Autoscaler or Karpenter.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of observability concepts and tools, including New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
AWS cost optimization or FinOps practices, including Spot instances, rightsizing, and Reserved or Savings Plans.
Programming skills in Go or Python for automation, tooling, and Kubernetes extensions such as custom controllers/operators, CRDs, and admission webhooks.
Experience using and configuring AI agentic coding harnesses such as Claude Code or Codex to automate day-to-day DevOps/SRE workflows.
Experience with container security scanning using Trivy or Falco.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Obowiązki

Own and evolve multi-cluster EKS infrastructure, including day-to-day operations, cluster upgrades, node group strategies, and capacity planning.
Maintain and scale the Terraform and Terragrunt codebase, including refactoring and setting patterns for others to follow.
Troubleshoot Kubernetes internals, tune performance, and harden security, including RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
Identify cloud infrastructure waste, propose and implement cost improvements, and make cloud spend a conscious engineering decision.
Partner with development teams to improve deployment pipelines, platform tooling, and developer experience.
Evaluate and introduce tools and approaches that solve problems.
Contribute to observability so the team can understand system behavior before users are affected.

Benefity

Private health plan and life insurance for you and your close ones.
Choice of two sports cards.
