Podsumowanie oferty

Build AI-related product journeys for customers and case handlers, from FastAPI services that orchestrate AI to React (TypeScript) and React Native interfaces. You will own end-to-end engineering across the full stack, integrating AI services into workflows without developing the models themselves.

Wymagania

Required experience and skills:

5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with production ownership of backend services and frontend applications at scale.
Ability to design, contribute to, and review production code on both the Python backend and React frontend.
Proficiency with Python 3.12+, FastAPI or an equivalent ASGI framework, production-scale async I/O, Pydantic, and API design.
Experience with React (TypeScript), component design, hooks, state management such as Context, Redux, or Zustand, and TypeScript in large codebases.
Experience consuming AI or model services from application code, handling structured JSON outputs, streaming, timeouts, retries, and graceful degradation.
Knowledge of microservice and API architecture, service boundaries, REST API design and versioning, backward compatibility, and BFF responsibilities.
Experience with consumer-driven contract testing, such as Pact, and versioning across AI-service, backend, and frontend interfaces.
Experience designing Kubernetes-aware services, including readiness and liveness probes, graceful shutdown, resource requests and limits, and horizontal pod autoscaling; cluster operation is not required.
Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, multi-stage Docker builds, and GitOps deployment with ArgoCD or equivalent.
Experience testing across the stack, including pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, integration tests, and contract tests.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements, including WCAG 2.1 AA, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and screen reader testing.
Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and contributing to a team's technical direction.
Comfortable with agile, iterative delivery and personal ownership of journeys and outcomes across the stack.
Collaborative working style, including sharing work in progress, seeking feedback, and working with AI specialist teams and UX designers.
Ability to work within team boundaries, leaving model, prompt, NLU, and evaluation ownership to specialist teams while providing feedback on service contracts.
Attention to how AI output is presented, uncertainty is handled, and journeys degrade gracefully.
Keeps up with the Python, React, and applied-AI ecosystems; comfortable using AI-assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

Production experience building AI-driven UX patterns, including conversational companion UIs, voice interfaces, LLM-powered autocomplete, and structured AI output rendering.
Familiarity with agent or LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or in-house frameworks.
React Native experience, including shared web and mobile delivery, navigation patterns, and platform-specific considerations.
Production experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka, including consumer group patterns and schema evolution.
Relational database experience with PostgreSQL, async drivers such as asyncpg and SQLAlchemy 2.x async, schema design, and migrations with Alembic.
Experience with Storybook and design-system contribution at scale.
Insurance or financial services domain knowledge, including claims, policy, or payments.
Experience in regulated industries where auditability, data residency, and access control are standard requirements.

Obowiązki

Key responsibilities:

Build end-to-end AI journeys using FastAPI async services and BFF components on the backend, and React (TypeScript) web and React Native interfaces on the frontend.
Integrate AI and agent services into workflows, including multi-step and multi-turn calls, structured outputs, confidence thresholds, fallback paths, and human-in-the-loop paths.
Present AI output in the UI through structured summaries, conversational experiences, voice integrations, streaming responses, and clear handling of uncertain or low-confidence results.
Own the versioned, consumer-driven API contract between the AI integration layer, backend, and frontend.
Contribute to service and component architecture decisions, including orchestration, conversational-flow state management, data fetching, and integration boundaries with core insurance systems.
Give AI specialist teams product feedback on service API shape, latency, output structure, and failure modes.
Adopt shared Python frameworks, Pydantic models, async patterns, and the shared design system; contribute reusable AI integration and rendering patterns.
Apply and improve performance and accessibility standards, including backend streaming and latency handling, frontend code splitting and render performance, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
Instrument AI journeys for observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights, and OpenTelemetry, including structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and error tracking.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, and ArgoCD deployments; configure Kubernetes-aware service behaviour.
Mentor mid-level engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussion; participate in incident response and follow-up improvements.
