You will support and maintain Nordea’s savings distribution platform, serving savings, investments, pensions and life risk insurance across mobile, Netbank and advisory channels. The role focuses on day-to-day IT operations, incident troubleshooting and applying DevOps practices, using tools and systems including BMC Helix ITSM, JIRA, Windows Server, Linux, Splunk, Grafana and MS SQL.

Wymagania

5+ years of experience as an IT Operations specialist, System Engineer, IT Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience with change and incident management tools and processes, including BMC Helix ITSM and JIRA.
Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana, or similar.
Database experience with MS SQL and Postgress.
Basic awareness of AI and automation concepts, and interest in learning how they can support IT operations, monitoring and incident handling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team, collaborating with developers and other IT teams.

Nice to have:

Curiosity and interest in understanding and fulfilling business requirements to deliver customer experience and value-creation opportunities through technology.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.

Obowiązki

Take an active part in day-to-day operations.
Act as a key expert during service-related incidents, troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
Support the team in maintaining applications and systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement, technical excellence and efficient workflows.
Work with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and improve collaboration, automation and efficiency.
Initiate and drive application dependency and infrastructure upgrades and patching.
Collaborate with service owners, platform teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical requirements.
