Wymagania

University degree in Banking, Finance, Law or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in Data Privacy, GDPR, Compliance, Risk Management or other regulatory disciplines.
Extensive experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes, governance frameworks and technical implementations.
Proven track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and functions.
Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Clear written and spoken communication in English.

Nice to have:

Experience with GDPR requirements related to data lifecycle management, retention and deletion.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Obowiązki

Lead and drive the implementation of GDPR-compliant retention and deletion of data processes across Nordea Finance.
Embed Data Privacy requirements into sustainable operational business processes, governance models and controls, bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
Contribute to the Nordea Data Privacy Risk Reduction Program and work with other Business areas to define a long-term solution for retention and deletion.
Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders and technology teams to define, prioritize and implement retention and deletion solutions.
Challenge and influence stakeholders on the management of Data Privacy risks and regulatory obligations.
Design, strengthen and continuously improve Nordea Finance's Data Privacy control environment.
Assess Data Privacy risks in business change initiatives and support management decision-making.
Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and report to senior management forums.
