The 2nd Line Support Specialist joins the Deposits Application Maintenance team, helping keep core banking applications and their environment running reliably. The role focuses on analyzing and resolving incidents and improving monitoring and tooling, using SQL, Python and/or Java alongside tools such as Grafana, Splunk and AppDynamics.

Wymagania

At least 2 years of commercial experience in the IT industry in maintenance or development.
Good command of SQL.
Programming skills in Python and/or Java.
Knowledge of ITIL and CI/CD.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, can-do approach when dealing with challenges.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Temenos Transact (T24) system, including the AA module and DES.

Also ideal:

Interest in exploring new technologies and platforms.
Fast-learning and eager to investigate issues in depth.
A sense of humor.

Participate in knowledge transfer sessions.

Inne informacje

The recruitment process has up to 3 stages, including a technical discussion with team members and an interview with the team leader. In-person meetings at the offices are preferred, but online sessions are also possible.
