The role focuses on data modelling and building backend solutions for the bank’s Rating and Limit Management area, supporting financial data integration with rating and credit decision solutions. You will work with stakeholders on scalable solutions and data quality, using SQL, relational databases, Java, Kafka and Power BI.

Wymagania

Required:

Ability to navigate complex situations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools or agents to improve productivity and quality.
Fluent spoken and written English, with proven experience in client-facing roles.
Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
Substantial experience mapping data between more than two systems to ensure accurate data migration, integration and transformation.
Experience or knowledge of API development and process modelling.
A solid foundation in Java, Kafka and Power BI.
Experience adapting AI tools or agents for activities such as documentation creation, data reconciliation and test creation.

Nice to have:

Acquaintance with, or willingness to learn, Python.
Exposure to data warehouse principles.

Main responsibilities:

Drive data modelling and data mapping between system layers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Take ownership of analysis and solution design, with strategic foresight in meeting business expectations.
Support the team in defining and refining technical requirements and preparing detailed documentation.
Be accountable for the quality, consistency and accuracy of data across the solution and systems.
Optimize workflows with AI tools to improve the efficiency and maintainability of solutions from business demand to working application.
