Podsumowanie oferty

The role is to design and build the core test automation framework for the Customer’s gaming application portfolio. The developer will create its automation engine, APIs and backend services using Java 25 and Spring Boot, enabling QA engineers to test individual games.

Wymagania

Solid expertise in Java, including modern language features; the codebase targets Java 25.
Ability to design public APIs and plugin SPIs for other teams, with knowledge of binary compatibility and deprecation practice.
Solid understanding of multithreading, timeouts, cancellation, and interruption.
Knowledge of Spring Boot, background job scheduling, retry and idempotency strategies, and safe allocation of a limited pool of shared resources.
Strong understanding of multi-module Gradle (version catalogs, BOMs, toolchains), publishing to an internal artifact repository such as Artifactory, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Proficiency in Git/Gitflow.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes, and familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, or New Relic.
Experience with device farms or a self-managed device lab, such as HeadSpin, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs, including session lifecycle, port forwarding, and unreliable hardware.
Experience in game development or mobile gaming, including reading C# and automating game UIs that expose no native element tree.
Ability to design and execute automated tests for native mobile applications using Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso across iOS and Android, on real devices and simulators.

Obowiązki

Core Framework Architecture:

Design, implement, and maintain the underlying core test automation engine and public/plugin APIs in Java 25.

Backend & Infrastructure Orchestration:

Develop resilient Spring Boot microservices, job scheduling, and safe resource allocation pools to manage test execution environments.

Build & CI/CD Tooling:

Configure and maintain multi-module Gradle builds, internal artifact publishing, and automated deployment pipelines.

Cross-Team Enablement:

Provide stable, well-designed APIs and extension points for AI Agent Developers and Automation QA Engineers building game-specific automated tests.
