Wymagania

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, Application Owner, or Application Manager, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security projects.
Good understanding of applications, transactions, and access management.
Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Obowiązki

Stakeholder engagement, documentation gathering & analysis:

Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate project efforts.
Support and collaborate with Business and IT teams through interviews or workshops to identify and document project deliverables.
Analyze gathered documentation and conduct quality assurance to identify further documentation needs.

Analysis of application security and user access management:

Analyze access management and violations.
Engage with Application and RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for mitigations.
Facilitate the identification and remediation process for violations.

Project Support & Change Management:

Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
