For a customer in the telecommunications industry, the Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives across a global cybersecurity portfolio. The work spans discovery, delivery, security assurance, deployment, service transition and hypercare, in partnership with Group Cybersecurity and global cross-functional teams.

Wymagania

Demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-million or enterprise-scale technology and cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and coordinating global business units, IT engineering, corporate security functions and third-party system integrators.
Practical experience embedding security controls, compliance checkpoints, vulnerability remediation and architecture reviews into project lifecycles.
Background in operational readiness testing, service transition aligned with ITIL, and cutover/hypercare execution.
Delivery experience in one or more of the following cybersecurity domains:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), PAM, MFA, SSO and Active Directory security.
- Security Operations (SecOps), SIEM, SOC integration, logging and incident response readiness.
- Vulnerability management, exposure management and external attack-surface reduction.
- Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), application security, API security and secure SDLC.
- Network security, infrastructure, endpoint protection, PKI and digital certificate lifecycle management.
- Data protection, information classification, cryptography and privacy compliance, including GDPR.
- Cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management.
- Operational Technology (OT), IoT and logistics-site/industrial facility security.
- Supply chain risk, third-party cyber risk management (TPCRM) and M&A integration.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and ITIL.

Preferred:

Recognized project management credentials: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile/Scrum credentials such as PMI-ACP or CSM.
Cybersecurity credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.

Obowiązki

Lead cybersecurity initiatives through intake, shaping, initiation, planning, execution, security assurance, deployment, operational handover, closure and benefits realization.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery baselines covering scope, milestones, work breakdown structures, dependencies, capacity and resource forecasts, cost, procurement and quality gates.
Establish governance frameworks, accountabilities, decision rights, stage-gate reviews and reporting cadences aligned with enterprise and Group Cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across global time zones, including IT engineering, SOC and operations, enterprise architecture, procurement, legal, regional leadership and external suppliers.
Maintain evidence-based RAID, dependency, decision and change registers, with clear owners, timelines and escalations.
Manage project budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and supplier performance; validate deliverables and acceptance evidence before milestone sign-offs.
Embed security assurance activities into project schedules, including architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability testing, remediation verification, privacy assessments, audit evidence gathering and residual-risk sign-offs.
Oversee deployment, cutover, rollback and hypercare plans, ensuring operational handover with complete service handover packs.

Delivery artifacts:

Prepare Project Initiation Documents (PID), Project Charters and Governance Frameworks.
Produce integrated project plans, milestone schedules and resource/capacity forecasts.
Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, change-control records and dependency maps.
Maintain budget trackers, financial forecasts and procurement/supplier acceptance records.
Prepare stakeholder engagement plans, governance calendars and executive steering committee packs.
Produce security assurance, testing, audit evidence and stage-gate documentation.
