Lead complex IT transformation programs and advise clients on strategic delivery of SAP FI/CO solutions. Shape end-to-end business solutions and integrations across SAP applications, working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Broad and deep understanding of SAP FI/CO, including end-to-end finance processes; typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience delivering end-to-end implementations using methodologies such as Agile or SAP Activate.
Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
Ability to design integrated SAP solutions covering FI/CO and integration with other modules such as SD and MM.
Experience in business development or go-to-market activities, such as proposals, client discussions, and opportunity shaping.
Experience with system enhancements and custom developments.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate complex topics effectively.

Lead cross-functional teams, managing delivery quality, risks, timelines, and budgets.
Drive solution design decisions to support scalability, standardization, and alignment with SAP best practices.
Contribute to business development, including proposals, client presentations, and identifying opportunities.
Mentor and coach team members.
Participate in SAP consulting implementation projects focused on developing solutions and expanding system functionality through R&D activities.
Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and implement practices and SAP solutions that may improve business-process efficiency.
Report R&D project progress and document implementation results and post-implementation reviews.
