Experience with data quality, metadata, and master data management.
Experience with data privacy, classification, data sovereignty and residency requirements, including GDPR, cross-border data transfers, and sector regulation, and with the controls that implement them.
Proven ability to lead client engagements, run senior stakeholder workshops, and settle disagreements on definitions and ownership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

CDMP or equivalent certification.
Experience in one or more of these industries: financial services, automotive, energy and utilities, technology, FMCG, or pharma.

Write standards, model key concepts, and review quality rules and catalog content when needed.
Make governance operational with data owners and stewards through decision rights, forums, issue management, metrics, and management reporting.
Work with data engineers and platform teams to implement standards, classification, lineage, quality checks, and semantic models in catalogs, semantic layers, and data platforms.
Define and implement data sovereignty and residency controls, including classification, residency and jurisdiction rules, access from outside the EU, retention, and compliance evidence for GDPR and sector regulation.
Support AI and analytics programmes with governed definitions, semantic context, and sovereignty-compliant data access.
Lead and develop consultants, manage engagement delivery and client relationships, and contribute to offers, assets, and thought leadership.
