Hands-on experience with MLflow or a comparable model lifecycle tool, and at least one cloud ML platform: Databricks, Azure ML, SageMaker or Vertex AI.
Experience testing and evaluating models and LLM applications, using fairness and bias libraries such as Fairlearn or AIF360, and evaluation and monitoring tools such as Evidently, Giskard, LangSmith or Azure AI Content Safety.

Build and run evaluations and tests, including bias and fairness tests, performance and robustness evaluations, and adversarial and red-team testing of LLM and agentic applications, guardrails and content safety.
Automate the generation of model cards, evaluation reports, data sheets and technical documentation from pipelines.
Set up production monitoring for drift, performance, incident detection and alerting, aligned with post-market monitoring obligations.
