Podsumowanie oferty

Shape products for real users from early ideas through launch, and own the specifications that guide clients, engineers, and AI agents. Use AI to coordinate product work and keep teams aligned on what they are building and why.

Wymagania

Be curious about new tools, product, AI, and how people use products.
Have an eye for product flows, interfaces, and how a product should feel; use judgment to distinguish good from good enough.
Write clear, structured specifications that others can build from.
Be comfortable using Git, including branches, commits, and pull requests, and maintaining project knowledge in Markdown files.
Use AI tools such as Claude or Cursor in your work and keep up with changes to those tools.

For more senior candidates:

Have several years of experience shaping products used by real people.
Set product direction and defend decisions involving trade-offs in time, quality, cost, and complexity.
Own the specification and project end to end, keeping the team and client aligned.
Mentor regular and junior colleagues.
Surface risks early and present options.
Represent the product side directly with clients in English at a minimum of C1 level.

Obowiązki

Shape the product: define its flow, feel, and how its parts fit together, from the first idea to launch.
Own the specification: maintain clear Markdown documentation that clients, agents, and engineers can build from, and use AI to track product threads and follow up with clients.
Run the work: delegate execution to AI and people, review what they produce, and keep everyone aligned.
