Lead the definition and implementation of Cybersecurity strategy and delivery of Cybersecurity initiatives across departments and international stakeholders. The role includes security assessments, risk mitigation, and implementation of cybersecurity systems, applying practical knowledge of NIST, uKSC, and ISO27001.

Wymagania

5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Telecommunication, IT Engineering, Electronics, or a technical field.
Effective communication skills.
English speaking and writing proficiency at B2 level.
Experience working in a complex and multinational environment.
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture concepts in a complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience in three or more IT security areas, such as Network security, Vulnerability management, Identity and access management, Penetration testing, Cloud security, Data security, Web App security, or Forensics.
Demonstrated experience defining and executing a Cybersecurity strategy.
Experience creating and delivering complex security products for demanding customers.
Proven experience designing a threat modeling process.
Practical knowledge of NIST, uKSC, and ISO27001.
Very good presentation skills.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach.

Nice to have:

A security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, CRISC, or SANS MGT514.
Project Management experience from project kick-off to completion.
Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
Negotiation skills.

Obowiązki

Define and implement an effective Cybersecurity strategy.
Deliver wide Cybersecurity initiatives in cooperation with other departments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to implement the Cybersecurity strategy.
Design and deliver innovative and complex projects.
Facilitate security KPI reporting.
Ensure Cybersecurity risks are identified and successfully mitigated.
Plan the Cybersecurity budget.
Implement and maintain Cybersecurity systems within the given budget.
Lead security assessments and support new business initiatives.
Cooperate with international stakeholders within Deutsche Telekom Group.
Ensure healthy relationships between stakeholders.
