Wymagania

Experience in data engineering, preferably with audio or speech data.
Strong Python skills.
Experience with dataset versioning tools such as DVC.
Experience working with external data vendors or annotation and recording providers.
Experience with data quality control and acceptance processes.
Understanding of GDPR, consent, and data licensing; biometric data experience is a plus.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of speech recording practices and audio formats.
Experience in ML/AI data operations.

Obowiązki

Manage speech data vendors, from sourcing and scoping to delivery.
Define recording protocols, acceptance criteria, and quality control for deliveries.
Plan and track data acquisition budgets.
Build Python pipelines for audio and metadata processing and validation.
Version datasets and maintain clear data lineage.
Ensure consent, licensing, and GDPR compliance for biometric data.
