Node.js TypeScript

Podsumowanie oferty

Build production AI agents and agent-facing tools, including React interfaces and APIs. The role covers agent design and evaluation, integrations, infrastructure, and production observability using TypeScript, AWS, and related technologies.

Wymagania

Broad technical perspective, with adaptability across modern software stacks and architectures; breadth and quick ramp-up are favored over narrow specialization.
Strong production experience with modern React and TypeScript, including Node.js, async patterns, testing and monorepo tooling.
Working proficiency with Python for backend services, evaluations, analysis and automation tooling.
Practical hands-on experience across the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB and Bedrock, as well as containers (ECS/EKS), networking, compute and IAM.
Experience shipping features that leverage LLM APIs, including prompts, tool calling, structured output and long context; ability to describe the evaluation that gated release, what failed and what changed.
Enthusiasm for proactively using AI-assisted engineering tools in daily workflows, such as Copilot, Cursor and LLM APIs, and championing AI-first practices and productivity across the team.
Ability to read and safely modify Terraform configurations across environments.
Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and SQL stores, including schema changes and live-system migrations.
Ability to design metrics, logs and alarms for non-deterministic systems, and debug production issues using them.
Proficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab CI/CD.
Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate trade-offs clearly and align team members around technical decisions.

Nice to have:

Multi-agent systems, MCP servers or evaluation frameworks.
LLM cost control, including model routing, prompt caching and token budgets.
Prompt-injection defense and agent security.
GraphQL for internal APIs and tooling.
Code intelligence or retrieval work, including indexing, symbol search and knowledge bundles.
Kubernetes, AWS AppSync and EventBridge.
Playwright/Cucumber test automation.
Claude Certified Developer or Claude Certified Architect (Anthropic).

Obowiązki

Build production AI agents: develop TypeScript services on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Bedrock) using Strands or LangGraph and AI SDKs.
Design agent behavior by defining what the model investigates and what code enforces.
Sandbox agents by building read-only runtimes, scoped tool access, worktree-contained reads, and budget and timeout guards against model misbehavior.
Evaluate AI features by building golden sets and production replays, calibrating judges, gating changes on recall, precision and false-positive rate, and comparing models and effort levels before release.
Ensure observability by emitting reason-coded metrics and structured logs, alerting on failures, and investigating production misses in Splunk and VictoriaMetrics.
Run infrastructure by maintaining Terraform roots across environments under tagging and permission-boundary rules, and improving GitLab CI/CD for build, test, deploy and quality gates.
Build integrations resilient to retries, rate limits, permanent failures and stale state.
Use AI to write and review code, and keep agent context current.
Review AI-written changes for security, correctness and maintainability, catching issues tests miss.
Enable teams by configuring assistants, skills, hooks and MCP servers, pairing with engineers and sharing proven practices.
Build agent-facing tools using React and APIs for summaries, dashboards and internal tooling, with outputs readable by agents, CLIs and Slack.
Document systems with architecture and sequence diagrams, runbooks and decision records.
