Experience with an enterprise content management platform such as OpenText/Documentum, M-Files, Kofax or SharePoint.
Experience with a shared platform, internal capability or global component consumed by other product teams.
Domain expertise in relevant functional areas or complex domains; HR/People, compliance or regulated document handling experience is an advantage.
Experience with OKRs.

Obowiązki

Set the longer-term strategy for CDMS, decide which business areas to onboard and in what order, and translate this into a roadmap for delivery.
Run the day-to-day backlog with an agile engineering team in Kraków, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation, answering technical questions and keeping value shipping.
Own reusable, document-agnostic capabilities: upload and camera scanning, OCR and data extraction, metadata and version control, secure storage and APIs, search and retrieval, retention, legal hold and deletion.
Shape the front-end experience for managers and colleagues, working with design and user research to make document uploads quick and right first time.
Onboard journey teams and business areas by qualifying demand, mapping it to existing capabilities, and defining ownership between CDMS and consuming teams.
Make CDMS self-serve with integration guides, clear feature and non-feature lists, and decision trees.
Own compliance outcomes, including Right to Work coverage and data accuracy, retention, GDPR, access control, auditability and document reporting.
Make explicit trade-offs between new capabilities, security hardening, NFRs and technical debt.
Define and track OKRs, and build measurement through analytics, dashboards, upload success rates, performance and usability.
Work with the third-party platform partner on requirements, NFRs and data migration, and represent CDMS to senior stakeholders across People Technology, People Services, compliance and architecture in the UK and Central Europe.
