Podsumowanie oferty

Design admin and learner experiences across the LearnWorlds learning platform, spanning focused UI improvements, complex workflows, AI-enabled experiences, and shared design patterns. Use AI to explore and prototype, test ideas, and automate low-value tasks while applying product judgment through delivery.

Wymagania

This is a mid-level role; roughly 3 or more years of professional product design experience are expected, with greater emphasis on evidence than exact years.
A portfolio is required, showing strong work, ownership, decision-making, and outcomes. Explain what AI contributed to the process and where personal judgment took over, when applicable.
Strong English is required; it is the daily working language.
Strong product and UI craft, and the ability to take work from problem to delivery.
Comfort with changing priorities; clear communication; ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward when needed.
Nice to have: Professional experience designing SaaS, B2B, or other complex digital products.

Obowiązki

Design for both admin and learner experiences across the platform, including UI and interaction improvements, workflow-heavy flows, AI-enabled experiences, and shared patterns and the design system.
Identify gaps and opportunities, decide what is worth fixing, and move it forward.
Judge when to challenge a direction, simplify it, continue, or stop; explain design opinions and reconsider them when presented with a better one.
Use AI to explore and prototype, get up to speed on unfamiliar areas, test and critique ideas, and automate low-value tasks; explain its contribution and the decisions made.
Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, instructional designers, and Product Designers, and stay involved until the work functions.
Take work from problem to delivery, use existing patterns when appropriate, and identify when they need to change.
