Provide onsite IT support to local co-workers in Supply Area Central Europe, supporting Inter IKEA systems and IKEA Purchasing Business Applications. The role includes maintaining onsite IT infrastructure and coordinating with central stakeholders and the local office.

Wymagania

Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks and voice communication.
Good knowledge of IT service management, information security and data privacy processes and guidelines.
General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends and innovations.
Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
Experience managing vendors and service providers.
Risk assessment knowledge.
Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
Good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure and Power Apps.
English and Polish language required.
Self-reliant and motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Service-minded and professional, with focus on end users’ needs and Inter IKEA business operations.

Nice to have:

Experience working within IT, preferably in global organizations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate prompts.

Obowiązki

Perform and manage planned IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance activities according to agreed goals, strategies, budget and IT investments.
Resolve and prioritize issues according to business needs, work with the global Single Point of Contact (Helpdesk), and escalate issues when needed.
Perform daily tasks according to established procedures, rules and guidelines.
Participate in the IT Partners’ network between PLA units and support local IT communication.
Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires, including setting up and introducing technical equipment such as laptops.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to maintain uptime of onsite IT infrastructure and IKEA Purchasing Business Applications.
Contribute to continuous improvements in IT service desk and onsite support through IT Process lead, IT project, IT Service Owner and Digital Workplace.
Take responsibility for onsite IT security in cooperation with risk management, information security and data privacy.
Monitor IT technology and system trends and evaluate possible business benefits.
Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, service providers and other stakeholders regarding support, upgrades, bug reporting and change requests.
Act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values.
