Improve engineering quality by writing automated regression and unit tests in Java, conducting code reviews, improving CI/CD, monitoring and reducing technical debt.
Work across the delivery chain: clarify business requirements, analyse business and system flows, translate business needs into technical designs and specifications, implement, test, deploy and support production solutions.
Support knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced developers on design choices, integration patterns and production-quality engineering practices.
