Podsumowanie oferty

Build AI-enabled capabilities that improve Bizee’s products and operations, using product and operational data to identify workflow problems and deliver reliable software. Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and LLM-powered applications from discovery through production adoption.

Wymagania

Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building and operating production backend systems.
Production experience with Go, including testing, concurrency, and maintainable service design.
Track record of delivering production outcomes from ambiguous starting points, identifying underlying problems, testing competing explanations, and establishing success criteria.
Ability to understand business workflows, ask useful questions, and explain technical trade-offs to nontechnical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or automation, including context management, retrieval, structured outputs, and tool calling.
Experience evaluating AI output, investigating failures, and improving prompts, data, models, or workflows.
Understanding of AI risks, including hallucinations, prompt injection, and sensitive data exposure, and practical ways to manage them.
Effective use of AI coding tools, supported by technical judgment, code review, and testing.
Ability to choose between AI and conventional software based on the problem, reliability requirements, complexity, and cost.
Clear communication in English and comfort working directly with users and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

Experience in forward deployed engineering, customer-facing implementation, or operational workflow automation.
Experience taking AI prototypes into production, including evaluation, tracing, and monitoring.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and event-driven systems.
Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript.

Obowiązki

Work with Product, Operations, Engineering, and users to understand needs, constraints, and success criteria; use data and experiments to test better approaches.
Define unclear problems using evidence, decide where to start, and own solutions through production adoption.
Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and automation connecting business workflows with existing systems, for people and AI agents.
Develop AI-enabled capabilities using models, business data, retrieval, structured outputs, and tool calling.
Build agentic workflows with bounded actions, clear permissions, and human review for consequential decisions.
Evaluate and improve AI behavior using representative cases and production feedback, balancing quality, reliability, latency, and cost.
Use AI coding tools and agents throughout implementation, debugging, testing, and learning; review and test their output and remain accountable for results.
Own deployment, monitoring, adoption, and follow-through; clarify technical decisions and responsibilities, simplify systems, and share practical guidance.
