Podsumowanie oferty

Lead Data Enablement, including analytics engineers and web analytics specialists. Own the semantic layer and turn raw product and event data into curated datasets for business and AI, using SQL and Python.

Wymagania

Experience: 5+ years in analytics, data, or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or leading others technically.
Expert SQL and Python: Set query and performance standards; rewrite expensive queries and explain trade-offs; handle incremental loads, deduplication, and slowly changing dimensions; own production Python components used by other teams.
Data modeling and pipelines: Design warehouse and mart models, including a semantic layer, and select a suitable methodology such as star schema or Data Vault. Optimize and troubleshoot pipelines on a cloud stack such as AWS ( Athena, Redshift, Glue ) and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Engineering discipline: Set branching and code review standards; require schema and data tests and CI before release; lead risky changes with rollout and rollback plans.
Data quality and data fluency: Design validation, address root causes, set documentation standards, and investigate unfamiliar sources before trusting them.
Business impact: Design options for complex problems, split cross-team work into pieces with a clear definition of done, build dashboards around the decisions they support, and partner with business leaders.
AI in everyday work: Redesign team workflows around AI tools and evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy, and bias.
Leadership and ownership: Own complex team-level projects, make high-impact decisions, coach people, set clear scope expectations, and turn change into actionable steps.
Communication: Clarify complex ideas, build consensus across teams and time zones, and communicate in fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Web analytics and tracking experience with GTM and GA4.
B2B SaaS or document-workflow / e-signature background.

Obowiązki

Raise data curation and automate the routine: Create reusable, tested, documented datasets for people and the AI data assistant to query; automate tracking checks and data-quality monitoring.
Set standards and partner across the data organization: Establish modeling conventions, version control, testing, release practices, and code review; work with Data Business Partners, Data Science / ML, and Data Platform on scope and ownership; stay close to the code on critical builds.
