The Service Management team supports ING Hubs Poland and Service Receivers, ensuring services within the intragroup sourcing model meet regulatory and sourcing requirements. You will manage service setup and lifecycle processes, monitor performance, and improve customer experience.

Wymagania

Expert knowledge of Service Management, Portfolio Management, and Customer Experience Management.
A proven track record of successfully managing and improving Service Management processes, including performance, service catalogue design, reporting, and sourcing controls.
Ability to ensure that services comply with regulatory requirements such as EBA, DORA, and SCHREMS II, including data remediation.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management to achieve common goals.

Nice to have:

Strong problem-solving skills focused on implementing sustainable solutions, preferably using the Design Thinking methodology.
Excellent project management skills to drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Working knowledge of European sourcing policy in the financial sector.
In-depth knowledge of working for or with Shared Services (Hub).
Proficiency in using SM tools and platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess and improve service metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management skills in a diverse environment.

Obowiązki

Create and maintain the service catalogue in a central repository.
Set up the central repository, including initiating workflows towards Service Recipients.
Coordinate and monitor processes towards Service Recipients during onboarding and the service lifecycle.
Report on service levels and service volumes.
Prepare and communicate Service Review meetings.
Coordinate with Service Recipients in line with contractual agreements, including formal communication.
