You will operate, monitor and automate data pipelines and applications for the Default Management Engine in the High Risk Service Data Domain, supporting lending business. You will work in the Default Management team with CI/CD pipelines and ELT/ETL processes.

Wymagania

Expert knowledge of DevOps ways of working.
Expertise in operating and automating end-to-end data pipelines.
Strong communication skills to teach and convey messages professionally.
Ability to coach team members on performance, standards and work methods.
Ability to resolve conflicts and mediate.
Ability to manage challenging conversations, such as performance assessments.
Multiple years of experience in application management, operations or monitoring.
At least 5 years of experience in data warehousing, BI and analytics within engineering, testing, development or architecture.
Experience developing ELT/ETL using GUI-based tools such as IBM DataStage, ADF, Stitch or Matillion.
Data/software engineering skills in Java, Scala, Python and SQL.
Continuous integration and deployment experience using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible and Git/Bitbucket.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar.

Nice to have:

Team or technical leadership experience.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes.
Automate monitoring and reconciliation.
Deploy and verify releases, follow up, and investigate and manage incidents.
Handle application provider, governance and compliance.
Operate and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Work with development teams to integrate DataOps/BizDevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and enhance collaboration, automation and efficiency.
Work with development teams, architects, and hardware/infrastructure engineers to support Nordea BizDevOps ambitions.
