As a Senior or Lead Risk Expert in Nordea’s Business Continuity Oversight team, you will provide oversight of technology risk, business continuity and resilience across the bank. You will advise technology leaders, challenge risk management activities and monitor mitigation progress and control effectiveness.

Wymagania

Understanding of technology or operational risk management frameworks, Business Continuity and IT Continuity.
Passion for resilience, reliability and emerging technologies.
Experience in IT architecture or resilience, such as solution architecture, site reliability engineering or engineering leadership.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels and across areas of the organisation.
Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to focus on several deliveries.
Understanding of the regulatory landscape in the financial sector.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Advanced spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships among colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of technology and/or operational risk management practices and frameworks.
A growth mindset.

Obowiązki

Provide subject matter expert views on potential technology risk issues and the root causes of past incidents.
Advise Nordea’s technology leadership on good practices for technology controls and evolving technology regulations.
Support and challenge strategic risk management activities for Business Continuity and Resilience risks across the Group.
Monitor risk mitigation progress and control effectiveness.
Lead and perform oversight activities for Continuity and Resilience risks across Nordea’s Business Areas and Group Functions.
