Podsumowanie oferty

Join the Issuance team building BVNK’s stablecoin issuance capability for enterprises. You’ll design and build backend services for the token lifecycle, connecting on-chain operations to the wider platform through APIs, webhooks and audit trails.

Wymagania

Strong, proven experience as a backend engineer building production systems, ideally in Java (with Kotlin also welcome) and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures, ideally with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Experience building high-integrity transactional systems where correctness, idempotency, consistency and auditability are critical.
Experience designing clean, well-documented REST APIs and secure webhook integrations for external customers.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerisation and CI/CD pipelines.
A solid grasp of secure coding practices, access control and role-based permissions in regulated environments.
Take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Use AI tools and agentic workflows to speed up delivery and improve quality.

Bonus:

Experience with EVM-compatible networks, ERC-20 tokens, smart contract interaction (e.g. Web3j, ethers.js) or Solidity.
Previous experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenisation, custody or wallet infrastructure.
Familiarity with sanctions screening, Travel Rule or other regulatory controls for digital assets.
Experience in payments, banking or other regulated financial services.

Obowiązki

Issuance platform development: Design, build and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs for stablecoin issuance, including mint and burn flows, supply management and token configuration.
Compliance and control features: Build controls for regulated issuers, including freeze and unfreeze, seizure into quarantine, pause and resume, and maker-checker approvals.
On-chain integration: Integrate backend services with smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks. Ensure blockchain interactions are reliable, idempotent, observable and safe under failure.
Event-driven architecture: Build event-driven services and signed webhooks that keep issuers, internal systems and ledgers in sync.
Auditability and data integrity: Ensure every issuance action has a complete, tamper-evident audit trail and reconciles accurately with downstream accounting systems.
Cross-domain collaboration: Work with digital assets, ledger, identity and access, financial crime and security teams to deliver features end to end.
Technical leadership: Contribute to architecture decisions, review code, mentor other engineers and champion engineering best practice within the squad.
Operational excellence: Own services in production, including monitoring, alerting, incident response and continuous improvement of reliability and performance.
