Podsumowanie oferty

Own the journey from client conversations to live Applied AI systems that create business value. Work directly with clients to shape solutions, prototype them with AI tools, and lead delivery alongside engineering, data and architecture teams.

Wymagania

Actively prototype with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders such as v0, Lovable or Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Have delivered AI agents or AI-native features into production for live client use.
Have customer-facing experience leading work with misaligned stakeholders and an unclear path; roughly 5+ years in product or consulting is noted, though track record matters more than years or titles.
Have domain depth in at least one industry: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
Be comfortable with 0→1 product innovation and building under ambiguity without a playbook.
Have working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Be able to ask sharp questions, structure ambiguity and communicate from executive whiteboarding through to engineering briefs.
Be willing to take action on prototypes, workshops or short-notice demos to keep work moving.

Nice to have:

Pre-sales and solution-shaping experience with senior client stakeholders.

Obowiązki

Prototype working AI solutions and demos with modern tooling to prove ideas in pre-sales and reach value quickly.
Serve as the day-to-day client partner and point of contact, building trust across the organization and communicating trade-offs.
Turn high-stakes goals into a problem statement, solution and shared definition of success.
Lead solution shaping in pre-sales and continue through delivery.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders, bringing clarity to unclear briefs and changing direction.
Build the business case and ROI story for client investment.
Drive rollout and change so solutions are adopted, and feed lessons back into how the team works.
